LATE PICK-UP REMINDER-- Please
remember that children who are not participating in after-school
activities must be picked up at the Trinity Center by 3:00 p.m. and
at the St. Paul Center by 3:30 p.m. Those children who
routinely cannot be picked up by 3:30 will be required to enroll in
St. Paul Early Childhood Learning Center (125 Wolf Ave., Hamel).
These children will automatically be transported to the daycare
after 3:30. Please
understand that this is for the safety of your children. Thank you.

MEETING – Our first
meeting of the 2008-2009
School year is
this Monday, Sept. 8 at 7:15 p.m. in the 7th-8th
Grade Classroom at the St. Paul Center. Please attend this
very important meeting where many decisions about this year’s
programs will be made. Remember, the class with the most
parents attending receives a special prize!
*MAGAZINE
SALES – Sales will run
through Wednesday, September 10. If you would like to renew or purchase a magazine
subscription please talk to any student participating in the sports
program or stop by the school office.
*K-8
SING – Mark your
calendars – K-8 students will be singing at St. Paul on Sunday,
September 21 at the 7:45 Service.
*SCHOOL
PICTURES – Mark your
calendars – Pictures are scheduled to be taken on Wednesday,
September 17.
*UNTIL
WE HAVE A BUS DRIVER…First
Student is providing transportation only at St. Paul in the
afternoon with service to Hamel elementary where TSP students
transfer to another bus which will take them home from there. You
must sign up for this service prior to taking advantage of it.
*A
FEW POLICY CHANGES--When
you get your PTL handbook, look for changes. We also need
parents for various committee roles to keep valuable
extra-curricular programs in place. Please call Eva Bartony or
Cindy Steinmeyer if you can help us out!

*SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT
SHEET. Several parents have
already made use of the new sign-in/sign-out sheet in the School
Office at the St. Paul. Trinity Center parents must also sign
the sheet available in Mrs. St. Peters’ and Mrs. Steinmeyer’s
room whenever their student arrives to school after the schedule
start up time (8:30 a.m.). We also need parents to sign their
children in and out when picking them up anytime during the school
day, for illness, for appointments, and for other necessity.
This will assist us with school security and with keeping accurate
attendance counts for government grants.
*PAPER
RECYCLING – Please read the green half sheet about the exciting new recycling
program for our school.
*HELP
RAISE MONEY – for our school the easy way: bring in Box Tops and Campbell’s
Labels. Raid your
friends’ and families’ pantries too!
